Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using barcode scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following OSHA safety protocols
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Conduct cycle counts and participate in inventory audits
- Train on remote inventory monitoring tools and digital reporting systems
- Uphold strict quality control standards for all processed materials
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficient with digital inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with remote work tools (Slack, Trello, Zoom)
