Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments with precision and efficiency while maintaining accurate documentation
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely and effectively
- Inspect, sort, and organize inventory to optimize warehouse space utilization
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and quality standards
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting procedures
- Support shipping/receiving processes to ensure timely order fulfillment
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet physical demands
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
