Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks to maintain 99.8% accuracy
- Inspect goods for quality compliance and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly throughput goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 6+ months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn WMS software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and valid state ID
- Availability to work 4x 10-hour shifts (6:00 PM - 4:30 AM) weekly
