Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Inspect, verify, and track inventory accuracy to ensure stock levels are correct.
- Load and unload trucks safely, ensuring proper handling of merchandise and equipment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality assurance goals.
- Perform regular equipment checks and report any maintenance needs promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide full training.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
