Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized storage systems
- Operate warehouse technology including barcode scanners and inventory management software
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability including weekends
