Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision to ensure 99%+ accuracy
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided)
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse spaces
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks weekly
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams on dock operations
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Valid Texas driver's license (for equipment operation)
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus (training available)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
