Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.)
- Load/unload trucks and sort incoming shipments
- Manage inventory counts and stock rotation
- Pick/pack orders with 99% accuracy
- Maintain clean/safe work area per OSHA standards
- Assist in monthly inventory audits
- Collaborate with team on cross-functional tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math and computer literacy
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours
