Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory frozen/perishable goods using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with OSHA standards
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment with attention to temperature control
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment through daily 5S practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid Alaska driver's license preferred (forklift certification provided)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Willingness to work in cold environments (32°F-40°F)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
