Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and store incoming inventory using our WMS system
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for customer shipmentsOperate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces following 5S standards
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a climate-controlled environment
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order verification
- Willingness to operate warehouse equipment after training
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Team player with strong communication skills
- No prior warehouse experience required—training provided!
