Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Verify and inspect incoming stock for accuracy and quality, and manage outgoing shipments.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- System Operation: Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and log data accurately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other staff to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Quality Control: Perform routine checks to ensure products meet company specifications before they are shipped.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to count, sort, and organize items with precision.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Communication: Basic English skills required to follow instructions and communicate with team members.
