Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory with cycle counting
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Load/unload trucks with efficiency and attention to detail
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Report equipment issues and maintain clean workspace
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and tech comfort
- Stamina for 8-hour shifts with walking/standing
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Forklift certification a plus (training provided)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Way
