Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Receive, inspect, and stage incoming inventory following safety protocols
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse environment with proper FIFO rotation
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in monthly inventory reconciliations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
- Background check and pre-employment drug test required
