Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper safety protocols
- Inspect received inventory for accuracy and quality assurance
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO inventory methods
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Document inventory movements and warehouse activities digitally
- Participate in regular safety training and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
