Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory control systems and perform cycle counts
- Load/unload shipments with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Use warehouse management software (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and WMS familiarity preferred
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
