Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and inventory using WMS systems
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision and speed
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse zones per safety standards
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jacks) safely
- Collaborate with remote team members for inventory updates
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for remote reporting tasks
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid California driver's license
