Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations
- Train new associates on warehouse processes and equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficient with RF scanning technology and inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Spanish language skills a plus for our diverse Miami team
