Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory using our proprietary digital tracking system (remote-accessible)
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision and speed
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, scanners) safely and responsibly
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital platforms for order processing
- Maintain clean and organized workspace following OSHA standards
- Participate in weekly remote team meetings for performance reviews
- Assist with monthly inventory counts using hybrid on-site/remote tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Proficiency with digital inventory management systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- Strong communication skills for remote collaboration
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to Portland facility (3 days/week minimum)
- Basic computer skills for remote task completion
