Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) for material handling and inventory management
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO inventory systems
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and report equipment maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
