Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA-certified safety protocols
- Perform quality control checks to maintain product integrity and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to 5S standards
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided certification
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
