Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas for optimal space utilization
- Safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after proper training
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify against purchase orders
- Collaborate with remote team members for real-time inventory updates and order processing
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for remote administrative tasks (email, inventory software)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for occasional local deliveries)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends as needed
- Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration with supervisors
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
