Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled facilities
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Pick/pack orders with 99.9% accuracy for e-commerce fulfillment
- Maintain safety protocols and 5S standards throughout warehouse
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital inventory systems
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies in real-time
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred; training provided
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer skills for inventory management software
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends)
- Valid Florida driver's license
