Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and barcode systems
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks (OSHA-certified training provided)
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Load/unload trucks safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces including racking and staging areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
