Responsibilities
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and material handling equipment after completing paid certification
- Pick, pack, and ship temperature-controlled goods with precision and efficiency
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our WMS system
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and HACCP protocols for cold storage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided at company expense)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with reasonable accommodation
- Reliable transportation to Anchorage logistics hub
