Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment after paid training completion
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory systems
- Maintain organized and safe warehouse conditions per OSHA standards
- Perform quality checks on products before shipping
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Willingness to complete paid training program (4 weeks)
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Forklift certification preferred but not required
