Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after completing paid training certification
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Inspect products for quality assurance before shipping
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) for order tracking
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – paid training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
