Responsibilities
- Receive comprehensive paid training on warehouse operations, safety standards, and equipment operation
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments using inventory management systems
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize warehouse layout for efficiency
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Conduct regular quality checks and report equipment maintenance needs
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety regulations
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – paid training provided!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid California driver's license (preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification during training
