Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently select and package products for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and organize warehouse storage areas to ensure optimal workflow.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided) to move materials.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs, pick lists, and other paperwork as required.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
