Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and prepare merchandise for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organizing warehouse aisles.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently manage the receiving and shipping docks to ensure timely processing.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions carefully and maintain focus in a busy environment.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for scanning and counting.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Driver's License: Valid driver’s license preferred but not required.
