Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and organize inventory using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces to ensure safety and compliance
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to support inventory management systems
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and reliability with consistent attendance
- Basic math skills for inventory and order processing
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures and follow safety protocols
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
