Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety guidelines.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are correct.
- Unload and load trucks safely, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Report damaged or missing inventory to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Physically fit with the ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Valid driver's license may be required for warehouse transport duties.
