Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and organize inventory using equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces following safety protocols
- Operate warehouse machinery after completing our paid training program
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train all new hires
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems training
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Team player with strong communication abilities
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
