Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control systems using RF scanners and WMS software
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Coordinate order fulfillment with precision and efficiency
- Maintain accurate documentation for inbound/outbound shipments
- Lead safety protocols and equipment maintenance checks
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures
- Optimize storage layouts for maximum space utilization
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse experience with forklift certification
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Experience with cross-docking operations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
