Responsibilities
- Process incoming shipments and verify inventory accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jacks) with training provided
- Organize stock in designated zones using barcode scanning systems
- Prepare outbound orders for shipment with quality checks
- Maintain clean and safe warehouse environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Follow OSHA safety protocols consistently
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train from day one!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic math and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to Oakland facility
- Willingness to work in climate-controlled warehouse
