Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, pack, and organize inventory in temperature-controlled environments
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital tracking systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols for cold storage and material handling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work in cold environments (0-40°F)
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to Anchorage industrial district
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
