Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport freight, materials, and products safely and efficiently.
- Verify and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery with precision.
- Organize stock in the warehouse to ensure easy accessibility and inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
- Report damaged goods or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license (for warehouse vehicle operation).
