Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and verify orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and manage stock rotation to ensure data accuracy.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials safely.
- Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify against packing lists.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and warehouse protocols.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Tools: Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
- License: Forklift certification is a plus.
