Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders using our modern Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records to minimize shrinkage.
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move merchandise within the facility.
- Receiving and Inspection: Inspect incoming shipments for damages and verify quantities against packing slips.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Equipment Skills: Forklift certification is a plus; however, we provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Availability: Flexibility to work overtime, nights, and weekends as business demands require.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
