Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists to ensure accuracy.
- Execute picking, packing, and labeling orders for shipment with a focus on speed and precision.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy and organized work environment, adhering to all OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock management to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve shipping discrepancies and improve workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing setting is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
