Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage products for shipment using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and verify orders according to customer specifications and safety guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Utilize barcode scanners and inventory systems to maintain accurate stock levels and record daily transactions.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Perform routine pre-shift inspections on warehouse equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Focus: Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible hours, including overtime.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is required.
