Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with speed and accuracy.
- Utilize forklifts and pallet jacks to move heavy inventory safely.
- Perform cycle counts and spot discrepancies in inventory levels.
- Maintain a 5S compliant work environment to ensure safety standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse software.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for long durations.
- Strong focus on accuracy and safety in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Forklift certification is a major plus.
