Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload freight from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders to ensure high fulfillment rates.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as required.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, scanners) efficiently and safely.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling merchandise and data entry.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
