Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and participate in cycle counting activities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment (OSHA certification provided)
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report defects to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and 5S workplace standards
- Assist in warehouse cleanliness and organization initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Forklift certification a plus but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation to our Commerce Drive facility
