Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure quality and correct quantities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate scanners and warehouse management systems to update inventory levels.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (exposure to outdoor elements during loading).
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
