Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming merchandise and inventory with precision.
- Pick, pack, and label orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to reconcile stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse facility.
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn new processes.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
