Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle, pack, and ship products using RF scanners and automated systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counting and reconciliation processes
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Support cross-functional departments during peak operational periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain through our paid training program
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance with flexible schedule availability
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team environment
