Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize and restock inventory shelves with precision and efficiency.
- Perform routine safety inspections on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance issues.
- Package and label merchandise accurately for shipping and distribution.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Willingness to undergo forklift certification and safety training (we provide the equipment).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse facility.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions (climate-controlled warehouse).
