Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise using provided forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse technology is a plus.
- Valid Driver's License (Class B preferred but not always required).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety standards.
