Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Operate scanning equipment and computer systems to track inventory levels and shipments.
- Assist in the physical counting and auditing of stock to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for counting, weighing, and measuring products.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (indoor/outdoor dock doors).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
