Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments with barcode scanners and inventory software
- Maintain organized storage areas and ensure OSHA compliance
- Perform quality checks on products and packaging materials
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a warehouse environment
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid California Driver's License (required for equipment operation)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Willingness to operate provided after training
