Responsibilities
- Manage high-value inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in temperature-controlled zones
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for rapid order fulfillment cycles
- Conduct daily safety inspections and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and space utilization
- Train new associates on SOPs and equipment protocols
- Generate real-time inventory reports and exception handling
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizen events
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume warehouse operations
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with warehouse management software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work in varied temperatures
- Strong mathematical skills for inventory reconciliation
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Valid California driver's license
- Background check and pre-employment drug screening required
